2. Fare Policy

The fare quoted at the time of booking is based on the travel details provided by the customer.

Additional charges such as toll taxes, state taxes, parking fees, and driver allowance (where applicable) may be charged separately unless clearly mentioned in the fare.

Any route changes or additional stops requested during the journey may result in extra charges.

3. Payment Terms

An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before or at the completion of the trip.

We accept Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and other approved payment methods.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the booking terms.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur cancellation charges.

No refund will be provided for no-shows or cancellations after the cab has been dispatched.

5. Waiting Charges

A complimentary waiting period of 30 minutes is provided for city pickups.

Airport pickups include a reasonable complimentary waiting period based on flight arrival.

Additional waiting time may be charged as per our standard rates.

6. Vehicle Allocation

Vehicle allocation depends on availability at the time of travel.

In exceptional circumstances, Amson Travels reserves the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle without prior notice.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents if required.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal substances, or unlawful activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.

8. Luggage Policy

Standard luggage is allowed according to the selected vehicle's capacity.

Customers carrying oversized or excessive luggage should inform us at the time of booking so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged.

9. Travel Delays

Amson Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Safety & Conduct

Seat belts must be worn by all passengers throughout the journey.

Children should always travel under the supervision of a responsible adult.

11. Route & Additional Stops

The driver will normally follow the most efficient and safest route unless the customer requests an alternative.

Additional stops or significant route changes requested after the trip begins may incur extra charges.
